Orders & Shipping

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. During peak periods or promotions, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Ocea Design ships within Australia only.

International shipping will be available in the future — please stay tuned for updates.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking link.

Tracking updates will be available as soon as your parcel is scanned by the courier.

Can I update my delivery address?

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us at hello@oceadesign.com.au as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

For change-of-mind purchases, we offer an exchange or store credit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How do I request a return or exchange?

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@oceadesign.com.au within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and details of your request.

Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns.

If an item is deemed faulty or arrives damaged, return shipping will be covered by Ocea Design, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Product & Craftsmanship

Are your products made from genuine leather?

Yes, all of our pieces are made from genuine leather. Because it’s real leather, each item has its own natural texture and character, making every piece one of a kind.

Why does my leather look slightly different from the photos?

Because it’s real leather, each piece has natural variations in colour, texture, and finish. These slight differences are completely normal and part of what makes your piece unique.

How do I care for my leather wallet or bag?

Keep your leather piece away from excessive water and direct heat, and store it in a cool, dry place. If needed, you can use a leather conditioner to keep it soft and looking its best over time.

Hi, I’m Kel, the one-woman show behind Ocea Design.
A mum of three boys in three years, fuelled by coffee, creativity, and a passion for beautiful things that last.

Ocea Design began as a dream to balance motherhood and design, and has grown into a brand that celebrates women who do it all — with style, heart, and a little freedom stitched into every seam.

Every wallet and bag is crafted from premium leather, designed to age beautifully, and made to simplify life. Because fashion should empower, not overwhelm.

Where are your products made?

Our products are made in Indonesia, in partnership with a small, family-run workshop known for its craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Each piece is thoughtfully produced using ethically sourced materials, with a focus on quality, longevity, and responsible production.
